Sharing of information
Deletion of data
Student data is routinely deleted after six months of inactivity. This includes student names and data generated by the student while using the CGS software. Instructors are also able to permanently delete student data at any time by deleting a student account. Instructor information and account settings are typically retained for 5 years or longer so that if an instructor takes time away from a course and then teaches it again in the future, the account settings will still be available.
Any person who wishes to have their data permanently deleted from the CGS server may submit a request by email to have their information permanently deleted.
